Melanie Triano, AGPCNP-C, arrived at Premier Care with years of experience and well-honed expertise in all facets of adult and geriatric care. After working as a clinical nurse, she obtained her advanced education and provided top-notch care as a nurse practitioner to patients in adult care facilities for over a decade before transitioning to the world of primary care. Fluent in multiple languages, Melanie brings a wealth of knowledge and compassionate care to her patients. Outside of work, she spends time with her husband and son, mostly shuttling back and forth from Little League games.
